Updated Database - Changes not Showing

I made a backup of my database, reinstalled ZenCart 1.3.9h and imported the database. Now nothing appears to be showing up; the settings are all in the database but ZenCart doesn't seem to be acknowledging that they're there.

Did I miss a step?

If that's your exact steps, then yes....it looks like you may have...........after you imported your database, you have to go back to your site and start the install process again (www. yoursite.com/zc_install) ..........UNTIL you see where it ask if you want to do a full install or a database upgrade, where, of course, you would select database upgrade.

Be sure to go back over the instructions included with your Zen-Cart fileset in the "docs" folder, labeled "2.readme_how_to_upgrade.html"
