how do define page this?

i have an overide in place /includes/language/english/mytemplate/shopping_cart.php

there is an area within this to have some text display on the page, however i want to be able to alter this using my define page editor

So far i have created the files in my html includes folder, but now stuck on how to get it to read the text description from here, if it can be done

Cheers, that mod helped, i had done everything that mod covered except, i forgot to add

// include template specific file name defines
$define_page = zen_get_file_directory(DIR_WS_LANGUAGES . $_SESSION['language'] . '/html_includes/', FILENAME_DEFINE_SHOPPING_CART, 'false');

in the modules/pages folder
