Issue with Multiple Taxes - Only one works

Hi everyone,

Have a Zen Cart with two zones:

Zone 1
Country: UK
Zone: All Zones

Zone 2
Country: Ireland
Zone: All Zones


Only one Tax Class - Taxable Goods

Two Tax Rates:

Rate 1
Priority: 1
Tax Class: Taxable Goods
Zone: UK

Rate 2
Priority: 1
Tax Class: Taxable Goods
Zone: Ireland


When checking out as a customer with a UK address, the relevant tax gets added to the order. When checking out as a customer with an Ireland address, no tax is added.

I have setup several different zones and rates to test this and I cannot get ANY to work. I can only get the UK rate to work.

Any ideas?

Locations / Taxes ... Tax Rates ...

I have two rates, both as 'Taxable Goods'.

One has a zone of Ireland and the other a zone of UK. Both have a priority of 0.
