Hi
I have read many posts on the time out error but none seem to concern the same problem as I am having. I am new to Zen. I have done bits of php so have a very basic understanding but this problem has got me stumped.
When a customer lands on the site, they can put an item in the cart and then go to checkout. The customer can then either log in with existing username or create a new account. When a customer creates a new account, the time_out.php page is displayed, although the account has actually been created. This happens irrespective of the 'time taken' to create the account.
The item is still in the cart and can be viewed but when the customer clicks checkout again, the same (Whoops! Sorry, but you are not allowed to perform the action requested. You are still logged in to your account and may continue shopping. Please choose a destination from a menu) error is received (time_out page).
However, if the customer clicks 'update' on the cart page, they can go to shipping and complete checkout successfully.
Has anyone any idea what is going wrong?
I am using version 1.3.9h.
PHP Version: 5.2.17 (Zend: 2.2.0) PHP Memory Limit: 32M
max_execution_time is set to 6000
URL is www.wandrus.co.uk
SSL is installed.
I have played with all the session true/false options and they seem to make no difference. Sorry if this is something obvious and I am being thick. I hope someone can help.
Many thanks in advance.
