There are 3 steps to configuring your Cardinal 3D-Secure service properly:
1-Login to the Cardinal Merchant Admin URL supplied in your welcome package (NOT the test URL), and accept the license agreement.[1]-Set a transaction password.

I have install Paypal Pro in to my site.
I have select Master or Maestro card and put details.
After click on confirm button on confirm page it redirect to second page.
