Mass Upload of Option Values and /or names?

Hi

Using v1.3.9h.

Is there a way that I can upload from, say an excel file, all my option values ? We sell motorcycle equipment that is bike specific so I need to have an option to select the bike model and then the bike make. There are hundreds of them ! Was hoping I would not have to type each one in seperately.

Tried looking around but cannot find this.

It is something I will need but does not solve my problem of typing every single bike make and model into the option values.
