Need to install CURL on my server for PayFlow Pro but don't know what it is. Googling and reading but hoping someone here might save me some time...

CURL is handled by whoever manages the server and Apache/PHP configuration. Normally that's your hosting company, and thus you won't have any access to do that yourself. You need to log a ticket with your hosting company to have them do it for you.
