    Default selecting cheapest supplier?

    Im trying to accomplish the folowing.
    I have several suppliers of the same products whose wholsale costs vary daily, but retail prices are the same for all customers. I need to display ONE product, item at the retail price but ping the order to the cheapest supplier. Can XX do this ?

    One would have to do this manually or invest in custom code to accomplish it

    Zen Cart doesn't "ping orders to suppliers". It records the orders and lets you handle fulfillment through whatever means you choose to use.

    Haha, okay. Been there!

    As kobra mentioned, you can do it manually using the orders collected by Zen Cart.

    Or you can write custom code to send orders to your various suppliers for you. There might be addons to suit your needs, or perhaps to use as inspiration to customize for your unique requirements.
