Checked my settings, as far as I can tell they are fine.
Enable logging in the moduleChecked my settings, as far as I can tell they are fine.
Perform a few test purchases using another PP account other than your store account as you can not buy from yourself
The resulting log files can be interpreted by someone smart like DrByte

Again, I can't see why this was posted as a "Bug Report". There's no information here to explain why you think it's a bug.
Is that message something you're seeing in an email? In your admin? Something that pops up in an SMS on your cellphone or broadcast on your twitter account?
What exactly did you do to cause it to happen? How exactly should I be able to recreate it using a fresh clean install of the current version of Zen Cart? step by step, click by click.
