So sorry but my brain is scrammble AGAIN!!

OK so I am in the uk all but one of my products are downloadable except 1

this product i only want it to ship within the uk at a flat rate

all attempt this far have failed and always shows every country as free.. any pointers would be appriciated

Take a look in your admin at Modules - Shipping - Flat Rate

Now go to each of your downloadable products in the admin.

With your downloadable products - make sure you select Always Free Shipping: Yes akways free shipping for your downloads but for that one product which you want to have shipping applied you would select No, Normal shipping rules apply on the product page.

The above is found when you make a new product in Category and Category/Products.

Hi Thanks for the message - but sadly I tied that and it works ok as long as they dont add a downloadable product aswell and then it set the shipping to free and also allows anyone outside the UK to add it to the basket with free shipping..

Tried the comb that doesnt work either I am stuck

Downloads are NEVER to be marked as:
Always Free Shipping
Virtual Product

This will cause issues when working with regular Products ...

If you create a Zone Definition for the Uk for:
Country: United Kingdom
Zone: All Zones

and add it to Flat Rate ... it will then show when the Product is in the cart ...

NOTE: If the cart contains this Product and Downloads, only people from the UK can check out ...

Well i tried offering help, so i got it wrong.

Its not like i'm being paid or getting much satisfaction from helping out, call me sensitive but i sometimes wonder if people would talk to each other the way they do on online forums, sometimes it feels so damn hostile or maybe thats a perception and really you are all just pussycats.

My downloads are set as
no shipping address required
no, normal shipping

the physical product
yes shipping address
no, normal shipping applies

I have 2 shipping methods set up

free shipper
and flat rate

I created a Zone Def for the Uk for:
Country: United Kingdom
Zone: All Zones
added it to Flat Rate

OUTCOME is when physical item is added alone works fine use flat rates and only allows uk

If I add virtual product then only shows free shipping and alos allows checkout to any country

I'm putting all the products like, 'Yes, Always Free Shipping' and 'Yes, Show Quantity Box', only my 'quantity box' disappeared what should I do?
my version v1.3.9h
I have already installed the module and nothing in freeshipper
