    Default Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time

    I use version 1.39h and my site is htt://interdigitaldesigns.com

    I am getting this

    "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.
    Please contact us for alternate arrangements."


    How do I fix that problem please? I had the USPS shipping set up but then I turned it off and removed it and now just going with the FREE shipping that came with zencart.

    Notice the error says "accepting payments". Make sure you have payment options enabled and properly functioning at Modules > Payment

    Well, I have the Paypal on and functioning. The error code I got was for something am offering for free and an actual dowload, as opposed to anything that has to be shipped.

    OK I installed the Free charge and that worked to get rid of my original problem but now it says "NOTE: Downloads are not available until payment has been confirmed" The person can't download the product. Please help with this problem.

    Did you try to set the Order Status on the Payment module to either Processing or Delivered so that the Download is available right away?
