Hiding telephone number addon

Installation instruction state that I should login Admin > Tools > Install SQL Patches and run the following file (install_hidephone.sql to "install it" )
Well how does one do that? I nothing comes up in the box and just putting in the above install does not work. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I searched and searched for the answer but can't find any info on using "Install SQL Patches"

Open that .sql file in your text editor. Click Edit - Select All to highlight all the text. Copy it to the clipboard. Go to Admin - Tools - Install SQL Patches and Paste into the box and click Snd.
