admin issues after installing Simple SEO

I have some issue with admin login i uploaded few modules it was working before but some how as soon as i tried to upload the Simple SEO module some how no idea and admin shows nothing

Check your /cache folder for error logs. Also, if that's your actual admin folder name, you'll want to change it again.

what am i suppose to do with cache folder shall i upload old cache folder files from my backup will that work ???

I know. So does everyone else on the Internet now, so you need to change it for security reasons. There's a tutorial which explains how.

Look in the /cache folder for error log files and open them to possibly see the reason for your blank page. If you don't understand what it's telling you, post the error message here.
