Old Store not working?

Hello. I created my zen cart website a while ago and my host package expired.

I have now purchased a new package and thought it would be as simple as dragging the entire contents of the website into the WWW folder.

This is what im getting http://www.clickpurchase.co.uk

Im pretty sure this is exactly how the directory system was before, do I have to do something beforehand?

Well - you also have to create a new database, MySQL User Name and Password, import your old database into the new blank database. Then you have to update both configure.php files with the new data.

Is there any way I view the site without having the database set up?\

EDIT: ive found a file that I used with an excel like program to build my database. The file is called Full-EP2010May.txt. Im guessing this is my database file thats missing? Where do I put this file??

I backed up my website from a year ago and my old host expired. Ive opened a new package and uploaded the site again into the WWW folder.

I have completely forgotten how to set up a database, its asking for passwords usernames and all sorts. I remember backing up the entire thing so why is it having a problem!! Im so confused I feel like I could cry.

Can someone please run me through what I need to do I absolutely need this site back up and running and I don't know where to start
