Change order of shipping companies in Shipping Estimator

Using 1.3.9h.

Using USPS and UPS for shipping companies.

The shipping estimator displayed USPS rates first, followed by UPS rates second.

Updated the usps.php file so I could begin shipping international. However, as a result, the order has changed back to UPS first, USPS second.

Checked my backed up usps.php file and examined the difference with winmerge, but could not find the discrepancy.

Any idea how to switch it back to display USPS first on the shipping estimator page?

Set the Sort Order on UPS to 10 and the Sort Order to USPS to 20 ...

NOTE: make sure that ALL shipping modules have a Sort Order if you have any others ...

LOL I don't why I spaced out on that one.

I do know enough that the sort order had to be changed.

Sometimes, we look for this complicated solution, when the simple one is right there.
