How to Add USA zone?

I would like to do free shipping within the continental US only. How do I set up USA as a zone? Currently, there are All Countries and Washington state (for taxes). I am continuing to do a search, but could sure use some help. Thank you.

This would help setting up US 48 States then add Alaska and Hawaii

It looks like the newest zen is pretty much set up. This is what I did:
I went to Locations/Taxes and selected Zone Definitions
Then I created a New Zone called "Continental US ONLY"
I used "Shipping within the US" as my Zone Description
Then in the Sub Zone ( i forgot how I got to that now

) I selected for Country "United States" and for Zone "All Zones" which selected all Zones within the US.

I tested with a US address and it appears to work. Have to test it with an international address to make sure it doesnt work

The setting for:
Country: United States
Zones: All Zones

will give you all 50 States plus DC and all US Territories, Islands and Armed Forces ...

If this is what you meant, then you are good to go ...

If you were not meaning that, then follow the link that I posted to setup just the 50 States plus DC, after you add Alaska and Hawaii ...
