my download is faulty - Missing files! Please read...

Setting up a new one as a bad result to our last attemp, so we deleted the lot - including the database.

We then downloaded zencart again from the website, and it now has missing files for the first steps it tells you to do such as.. configure.php files that are meant to be located in the /admin/includes/ and /includes/ folders are not there!

Can someone send me the files please?

There's nothing missing from the download at all.

Please re-read the instructions. You are instructed to take the dist-configure.php files, rename them to configure.php and set their permissions to writable.

right ok - done that now the carts up. www.uktools.biz
Why cant we access the admin part? its a 404 page ?

http://www.uktools.biz/newfoldername <- but its going to a 404 page. what have i got to fix now ... ?

when we try to go to the directorie - it goes back to http://www.uktools.biz/admin/alert_page.php

Are there steps on the Alert page that you have not completed?

NEXT STEPS
For security, you will need to reset your configure.php files located in the /admin/includes/ and /includes/ folders back to read-only mode before allowing people to access your store.

There are no files caleld that anywhere.

This should take what a max of 10 minutes!???
