Shipping Options Help

Hello All -

I've tried a few different shopping carts and none so far has done what I need.

I hope this is the correct section. I am currently using v1.3.9h.

I need to create four shipping options (ground, 3day, 2day 1day) and manually enter in the cost for each product

Product One:
Ground- $12.00 3day-$15.00 2day-$18.00 1day-$22.00
Product Two:
Ground-$7.00 3day-$12.00 2day-$16.00 3day-$21.00
etc..

I'm not sure if this is possible but i figured I would ask. Thanks in advance for any help!

There will be around 100 products. Each product will need to have it's own shipping prices.

ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will add $10.00
1 day shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will add $20.00

I actually just ran across the advanced shipper addon. But not sure if it does what i need.
