I'm new to this and didn't install Zen cart but had my web designer do it, he is no longer available and I have a problem. I'm looking for someone to point me in the right direction on this.
PROBLEM: When I go to add a new product and hit PREVIEW it sit for a while and then I get "Internet explorer cannot display the webpage"
I purchased a booklet on Zen cart but haven't come across what I need ot fix this.
I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8a Patch level 1.3.8

It appears that your server is taking too long to assemble the page and hence the time out/can not display page message
