Different shipping weights

I was wondering is there a way for me to set up different flat rate shipping weights? i have a list from fedex for

0 - 2 lbs = flat $7.95
2 - 5 lbs = flat $8.95
5 - 7 lbs = flat $9.95
7 - 10 lbs = flat $10.95
10 - 15 lbs = flat $13.95
15 - 20lbs = flat $17.95
20 -30 lbs = flat $24.95

so is there a way that i can make these different intervals for shipping weight? i look in my admin pannel and i dont see a shipping weight option.

Go to Modules>Shipping>Table Rate
then enter your weights in the following manner

2:7.95,5:8.95,7:9.95,10:10.95,15:13.95,20:17.95,30:24.95

The first number represents the weight and the number after the : is the price you want to charge for shipping then seperate each category with a comma.
