I have 3 options for shipping:
Flat Rate
Free Shipping Options
Per Item
I just want to have free shipping as shipping cost is already part of the price...
I've attached a snapshot as well...
Please advice...

Admin / Modules / Shipping. Disable everything but free shipping.
