putting text at BOTTOM of main page rather than TOP

I have the text below as an introduction at the very top of the main page (set up in the Admin Editor). Is there any way it can be moved to the very bottom of the page so the actual product pictures move up to the top ?

you need to change the position of the code manually in the file called 'index_default.php' which is located here
