    Default we are not shipping to your region at this time

    I am using the flat shipping module and when I test my cart using my home address, I receive Sorry, "we are not shipping to your region at this time."

    I have read this thread.

    with the hope of figuring out the problem. No luck

    I am not sure how to progress from here.

    Check that the file:
    /includes/modules/shipping/flat.php

    is the code file ...


    Check that the file:
    /includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/flat.php

    is the language file ...

    If you go to the Modules ... Shipping ... is everything displaying correctly and you see the right panel?

    Yes, everything looks displayed properly in modules/shipping in the admin.

    Try to do a REMOVE on the Flat Rate flat shipping module and then make sure the error goes away ...

    Then, reload a clean copy for:
    includes/modules/shipping/flat.php

    Next, do the INSTALL and configure it ...

    Does the error return?

    Could you PM me the full error in the debug log from the /cache directory without anything cut out ...
