Could you PM me your the User Agent from the whos_online when you use FireFox ...

Perhaps some others can test this and also say what operating system they are using ...

I can confirm that your settings hav fixed my problem. I'm using
win 7
IE8.0
Firefox (latest ver, dont know where to find version)
enlarge issue fixed on both of those browsers at least.

Hmm, I've been on mac + firefox since forever and never had any problems with this, until today, when I noticed that the large image popup windows are not being correctly resized any longer - on any zen cart store not using lightbox.

I guess it has to do with a recent firefox update (I'm on 7.0.1 now).

In firefox, the popup window is much to small and has to manually resized. Safari works good, though.

I've tried lindas settings above, cleared cache and even restarted firefox - still no change at all.

I would truly appreciate some help here!

(One option is of course to install the zen lightbox - I had a quick look at it but it seemed a bit complicated as I read reports about it conflicting with Image Handler. I simply do not have the energy to go through all that right now, hehe :).)

We have always installed Fual Slimbox automatically on every site. It works well with Image Handler, Image Swapper, and all other mods we have on different sites.
Haven't had any problem with any browser including 7.0.1.

I, too, am on a Mac + Firefox and didn't have a problem with this until recently. It's the same for Mac + Safari and Windows + Firefox. (Windows + IE is fine.)

Wish I had the answer, but hoping that someone will be able to help fix this annoying problem!

Hi,

no experience on a MAC but I'm running:

version 1.3.9h
win 7
firefox 8.0 (with firebug 1.8.4 add-on)

...and get the irritating non-resizing larger image pop-up window only with firefox (chrome and IE 9 -no problem).

I disabled firebug add-on in firefox ...and problem solved...

Glad I stumbled on this thread.. Since I always use IH3, I never knew this bug existed.. Good info..

No RECENT reports.. Any conflicts RECENTLY reported are due to not following the installation instructions.. Zen Lightbox is easy to install and works JUST FINE with Image Handler3 if you follow the instructions in the Image Handler3 readme for using Image Handler 3 with Zen Lightbox. (and these SAME instructions have been posted REPEATEDLY throughout the Zen Lightbox support thread)

Image Handler 3 also works perfectly with Fual Slimbox as well and there are instructions in the Image Handler readme for installing Fual Slimbox with Image Handler 3.
