Subcategories in sidebox not showing

Hello All,

Im hoping someone here can help me, i have tried everything..read everything and still no luck.

Im wanting to have my sub cats showing all the time on the main page.

I have also tried using classic template and still no showing..

Tried also in Admin ..nothing.. not working

Any ideas anyone, site is -

i think im missing files or something.. tried every different add on and nothing is working....

Have you mixed products and subcategories in the same category? That could break the category tree and cause subcats to be ignored.

no i havent mixed ..... i checked all that out also, its got me..

because its not working with classic template either im thinking something is missing
