    the problem happened today: I was editing these files that are in the error message but, am not sure what happened?

    It's looking for a file that's not present, hence the "no such file" message.

    Actually the file is there?? I tried reloading it and still the blank screen?

    I believe this is a Binary file message:
    installerConfigKeys|a:1:{s:8:"language";s:7:"english";}logfilename|s:27:"Jan-21-2011_02-14-16-Qf1Abk";installerConfigInfo|a:0:{}

    Okay, then you'll need to undo all the changes you made today, since something you changed has caused the problem, right?

    Completely unrelated. You can delete the file that contained that data, since it's an installer log, not a debug log.
