i want Duplicate the products for wholesale lots .
or open new website only for lot .

A multisite for wholesale and retail can be done, but requires quite a bit of tricky custom coding up front, but then all your products get managed and your orders processed in one place.
Or you can run two separate sites and use something like EasyPopulate to keep the products sync'd.Kuroi Web Design and Development | Twitter
