Using ZenCart 1.3.9f
A customer ordered a download MP3 file.
Immediately CUSTOMER sent a store message stating:
I just ordered an episode and clicked on Download and got this message:
Your Download ...
We're sorry but your download has expired.
If you had other downloads and wish to retrieve them, please go to your My
Account page to view your order.
Or, if you believe that there is a problem with your order, please Contact
Us
Thank you!

STORE OWNER TO ZENCART:
I don't understand what could be causing this.
The Download Manager for the particular file is 5 days, 3 downloads avail. Yet the order report shows 8 days, 2 available, and that it is currently available (in green) see attachment. Yet the customer clicked the download icon and was told the download expired, the same day of the order. Why?
How do you reset or resend the download page to the customer, and why are the days/available different between DL Mngr and The Order view? Thanks Please see attached illustration.
