All Pages have the same heading?

Hi all,
i have just noticed that some of my pages have the same page description.
For example the following pages are effected:

Home - Shows "Reviews: Cake Decorating etc" on the tab bar.
Shop - As above plus it shows Home:Reviews in nav bar.
New Products - As above
Recipes - As above
Gallery - As above
Specials - As above plus it shows "Reviews" in page name.
Contact us - Shows reviews etc in tab bar and also Home:Reviews:Reviews in nav bar.
This happens to all my footer pages also.
Seems something has either been replaced or left out and defaults to "Reviews" on all pages.

Just to add, it seems it is on all of my pages accept the categories.

includes/templates/yourtemplate/common/html_header.php
nake sure these have not been changed

<meta name="keywords" content="<?php echo META_TAG_KEYWORDS; ?>" />
<meta name="description" content="<?php echo META_TAG_DESCRIPTION; ?>" />

if you don't have a html_header in your common folder then check the template default
