UPS XML Stopped Communicating with UPS... HELP!

I hope someone can help with this. I have been developing a site for a few months and one fo the easier things was getting the UPS Module to connect with UPS and return the correct pricing information. I am using UPS XMLv1.3 and my site is Zencart v1.39

Last night, when I am just days away from finally going live, my cart stops communicating with UPS. When I try to checkout I get the following message on the Shipping page:

"This module supports only xpci version 1.0001 of the UPS Rates Interface. Please contact the webmaster for additional assistance"

I have scoured the web and this forum, but cannot find a thing about this. WHich is odd because I have found nearly any other issue I have had somewhere.

I had recently added Super Orders 3.0 Module, but I am pretty sure that only affected admin files and that is all working fine.

Are you getting long delays on Shipping Estimator and checkout_shipping?

Yes, there is a long delay then the error message is returned. The only other responses I could find on the web regarding the "xpci version 1.0001 of the UPS Rates Interface" message were on an oscommerce board from 2008 and they indeed said it was probably a UPS server issue.

They are of course closed to day so I cannot verify that.

UPS.com dns was hacked yesterday. The site was down for around 10 hours. This error appeared on my site too yesterday at around the same time that UPS.com was taken down. The site is restored but it took A LONG time for them to organize themselves. I assume that they are taking their time getting the shipping servers online.

What is taking them so long? Let me know if yours come's back and I will gladly do the same. My site's live so this is a TOTAL drag.

Still not working. Anybody else having this issue? Guess it will have to wait until tomorrow when I can call UPS.

Is my lack of patience showing? :) I am just surprised more people are not asking about it. I guess mos tpeople are using USPS or FedEx.

Are you just using the standard UPS Module for now until this gets resolved?
