There aren't really any instructions.
Open the imagecheck.sql file in the V 15 SQL folder and Copy the contents. Then Paste into the box in Admin - Tools - Install SQL Patches and click Send.
Change the name of the 'Admin' folder from the mod to the your custom admin folder name and upload it to the root (top) directory of your store.
