Low Order Fee

I enabled the option to have a low order fee if checkout amount is below a certain amount. We added a free downloadable promo product to the store today, but because of the low order fee option, they can't get something free apparently. Is there a way to have free products while still having the low order fee option? Just want to make it worth the paypal fee, which obviously doesn't matter if it is free.

You could customize the code in the Order Totals module:
/includes/modules/order_total/ot_loworderfee.php

and change the code:

        if ( $order->info['subtotal'] != 0 && ($pass == true) && ( $order->info['subtotal'] < MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_LOWORDERFEE_ORDER_UNDER) ) {

K, I had the person helping me with my store set up put that code in, but now I can't find where to add the minimum checkout amount and what the fee is on my admin panel anymore? What is it under? I've looked everywhere! or should it just be inserted into that code?

The setting is still in the original location ... go to the Modules ... Order Total ... and click on Low Order Fee ot_loworderfee.php
