Adding Banners to a Specific Page

I don't think this can be done via Banner Manager or Page Banner, as those only cover uploading banners to certain pages.

Basically, I had a web designer help me fix stuff and he added test banners on certain category and product pages. Checking the banner image address, I deleted it via FTP, however, the link text "test" is still there, along with its link.

Where should I look to find where to edit these pages?

Start by looking at the name of the page where you see the banner.
