Shipping Module for different zones

Hi, i have a problem with find a shipping module to accomplish my goals. If anyone could suggest or tell me how to get my goal accomplished it would be much appreciated.

What i need is a shipping module that can do different zones, and then in those different zones have zones for 1-3 day shipping. Where i get the orders from has several different warehouses.



Her is the map they give me and as you can see, in one section there are different zones for 1-3 day shipping. can i do this? is this possible?

After you have your zones setup....clone the appropriate shipping module and set it's zone
