failed EasyPopulate uploads to products_description table

I've successfully uploaded using Easy Populate except that nothing ends up in the products_description table. I see the number of products listed under each category in Zen Cart admin but I can't get in to edit any of them. In PhpMyAdmin I see my unique identifier (SKU), product name and product_description_1 in the products table.

I'm in Zen Cart version v1.3.9h. The site is in development and not published yet. It is a new install. I've been deleting everything from 16 tables using SQL, and repeating the upload numerous times. Same thing always happens even though I've tried adjusting content in test uploads.

If you can let me know what to do about this, much appreciated!

How many records are in the tables for:
products - 119
products_description - 0
products_to_categories - 119

In the products table, browse it, do all of the records have:
products_id - yes
products_type - 1
master_categories_id - yes

In the products_to_categories table, do all of the records have:
products_id - yes
categories_id - yes

This was the problem: The column head name on product_name_1 omitted an underscore. For some reason it landed in the products table OK but didn't get added to the products_description table.
