I encountered a problem, using the 1.55 system, each transaction will be frozen by PayPal for 30 days. 1.39 transactions will not be frozen.
I have to wait 30 days for the frozen funds to be transferred to my bank account
Each transaction was frozen for 30 days, which seriously affected my working capital. There is an urgent need to solve this problem.
For the same domain name, I changed the system to version 1.39 and no transaction funds were frozen.
Whether this problem can be solved by modifying the code?

There are potential issues by continuing to use the 1.3.9 version of the software and PayPal should be able to explain why the hold exists. When using the 1.5.5 version, was it disabled and then re-enabled entering the credentials necessary to establish a connection? Were there new credentials generated to support use of the 1.5.5 version? Originally Posted by jiji2018
