    Default Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.

    I'm getting that error whenever I try to order something from my clients site at https://store.brothersatwarmovie.com/ on ZC 1.3.9h. I'm not using any zones, and just 2.99 flat rate shipping. So this shouldn't be appearing. So why is it and what's the fix?

    I currently have per item shipping set at 2.99 per item, Enable Item Shipping set to false, no handling fee, Tax Basis is Shipping and no Shipping Zones defined. Was working previously.

    Check your settings on Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... that you do not have it set up for 0 weight means Free Shipping ...

    If you want that, then install the FREE SHIPPING! freeshipper shipping module ...

    Linda, I'm looking at those settings now. According to them I haveCountry of Original set to United States, Postal Code set to 9XXXX with the XXXX's meaning the proper zip, which is OK, Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship set to 50, Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight set to 0:3, Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight set to 10:0, Display Number of Boxes and Weight Status set to 3, Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status is set to 0, Shipping Estimator Display Settings for Shopping Cart also set to 0, Display Order Comments on Admin Invoice and Display Order Comments on Admin Packing Slip set to 1.

    I changed Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status to 1 but no change. Get the same message.

    BTW, I already have freeshipper installed.albeit Enable Free Shipping is set to False.

    If 0 weight does not mean Free Shipping on your site, then set this to 0 in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...
    Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status
    If there is no weight to the order, does the order have Free Shipping?
    0= no
    1= yes
    Go to the Modules ... Shipping ... which ones are not marked with a red dot? If you click on them, what are the settings that appear in the right panel?

    There are three set to green:

    Free Shipping Options: Enable Free Options Shipping: True, Shipping Cost: 0.00, Handling Fee: 0, Total >= Total <=Weight >= Weight <= all blank, Item Count >= 2, Item Count <=blank, Tax Class, none, Tax Basis: Shipping, Shipping Zone: none, Sort Order: 0.

    FREE SHIPPING!: Enable Free Shipping: False, Free Shipping Cost: 0.00, Handling Fee: 0, Tax Class: none, Shipping Zone: 0, Sort Order: 0

    Per Item: Enable Item Shipping: False, Shipping Cost: 2.99, Handling Fee: 0, Tax Class: none, Tax Basis: shipping, Shipping Zone: none, Sort Order: 0.

    These do not look correct:
    FREE SHIPPING!: Enable Free Shipping: False, Free Shipping Cost: 0.00, Handling Fee: 0, Tax Class: none, Shipping Zone: 0, Sort Order: 0
    1 it is set to Enabled false

    2 Shipping Zone: 0 does not exist

    Are you manually writing these or doing a Copy & Paste of the right panel?

    Oh, you mean when I wrote that previous post? Sorry, got confused, I did a bit of both manual writing and copy and paste for longer entries.

    What shipping Method do you actually want to work?

    You have Per Item item also turned off:
    Per Item: Enable Item Shipping: False, Shipping Cost: 2.99, Handling Fee: 0, Tax Class: none, Tax Basis: shipping, Shipping Zone: none, Sort Order: 0.
    The only one on is Free Shipping Options freeoptions:
    Free Shipping Options: Enable Free Options Shipping: True, Shipping Cost: 0.00, Handling Fee: 0, Total >= Total <=Weight >= Weight <= all blank, Item Count >= 2, Item Count <=blank, Tax Class, none, Tax Basis: Shipping, Shipping Zone: none, Sort Order: 0.
    And that is the one showing on your site during checkout ...
