Credit type field

I have Paypal Pro account setting up, and I've got the PayPal Express Checkout module, and PayPal Website Payments Pro module installed and turned on. However whenever it gets to the checkout page, there is no field for "Credit Type" (ie Visa/MC/AM/Discovery). How do I turn it on? Is there a way to fix it?

I haven't used Pro, but it may be because that field isn't necessary. The first four numbers (may be just the first digit) of the CC number identify the card type.

The "Card Type" field is not needed.
If you're in the UK and set your module into UK mode then the Card Type field will show as a pulldown merely to be used as a hook to trigger the turning off/on of Issue Date fields for card types which need those fields. But the Card Type isn't used for processing at all, since that's handled by the gateway itself.
