I have attached a picture. I changed the thickness gif image of the black liner to 14px top to bottom. the text is down half way. I tried used firebug to find the css to move the text up, can someone please point me in the proper direction?

Yes I suck. It's under lock down because the site isn't done and we don't want Google or customers ordering stuffs.
