New Banner not showing

Hi, I have made a banner that I want to show across the top of every page. I have created it in ZenCart admin, and gone to Layout Box Controller and put it at the top of the page, but it's not showing up and I can't figure out why..?

Any help plz...

Sorted this one as well. For reference for anyone else with a similar issue:

When you are in Admin and go Tools -> Banner Manager and upload the banner, you put the banner in a group. Go to Configuration -> Layout Settings and down to the section with Banner Display Groups. In the position you want to display the banner (Header 1, Header 2, etc), type in the name of the group of the banners you want to display there.
