How do I update the Invoice section

I was just wondering how do I update the invoice section before a customer get the invoice as I want to add this 'Before making payment please wait for us to send you a Tax Invoice with postage details'

You mean the order notification the customer receives? If so, the file is:

includes/languages/english/your_template/checkout_process.php

If not, I don't have a clue what you're talking about.

One would have to assume that you aren't actually interested in making sales. No one, and I mean no one will ever buy from an Ecommerce site these days unless they know the shipping costs up front, or, unless you have absolutely no competition (ie, the items can't be purchased elsewhere).

I suggest you seriously reconsider what you are trying to achieve with this.
