I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8a along with Authorize.net AIM. Every transaction is getting the follow error:
"A duplicate transaction has been submitted. - Your credit card could not be
authorized for this reason. Please correct the information and try again or
contact us for further assistance."
After talking to the people at Authorize.net, I found out that you can edit a line of code in the API to say how long do you want to watch for duplicate transactions. This can be changed to "0", but that is not solving the issue.
What is really weird is that all of these duplicate transactions are going through. I had one guy try 9 times because he thought something he was doing was wrong. His card ended up being charged all 9 times.
