Products and Categories not showing up

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. It's kinda crazy. I'm porting in this design for a client in to this new build current zen cart store and then started to add products and noticed that were not popping up! neither are the categories. I activated the left sidebox to have some links. I installed the spanish language pack, dont know if that had anything to do with it. I have two categories and two products in one of the categories. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm seeing two categories, one with two products and one with none. The names and descriptions are in Spanish, though, and the rest of the site in English.

Maybe it has to do with IE browser cache. I see it now in google chrome. Thank you!
