URGENT! 404 error - Website pages not working

Hi,

There is a problem with our site www.underlay-shop.co.uk.

The homepage appears to be the only page working. As you will see it comes up with an ERROR 404 - PAGE NOT FOUND message, whenever you click a homepage link/product.

I literally updated a handful of buttons to fit in with the colour scheme of the site and tryed to ftp to the remote server. A message popped up saying something about an update to a ht access file, so I clicked continue. Since then, the index page will not link anywhere and none of the product pages are showing. I think it is something to do with Apache server, but don't really have a clue. Tried googling it but that confused me!

I can still access the admin area and the login section from the homepage works ok too. That's it though!

Please help or give any advice that might resolve this issue asap!!
