UPS discounted rates calculates wrong

Firstly, I want to say thanks to this forum for so many useful advices. But now I can't find the answer to my question. So here I am.
I'm developing Canadian based shop using UPS XML module. It workes great but only with regular rates.
I've read the thread (http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=130365) about changing the main file to use only negotiated rate. I changed the file but rates are calculated in a strange way - they are always contstant in spite of amount or destination:
UPS Standart cost $11, Worldwide Expedited - $8, Worldwide Express - $7.

The company is already has discount with UPS and the UPS website show them properly.

Is anyone could help to figure it out?

The thread can be deleted as the problem is gone.

I wrote ups to help with. They told that nagotiated rates need to be activated separatly for the website. After that everything runs like a clock.

Thanks for letting us know. I had this issue but didn't know why. Will be talking to UPS.
