How to add personalized bracelet feature to my cart?

Need help. I want to allow customers to design their own personalized/custom leather bracelets.... and end up knowing what it will look like (optional feature), as well as the price of their bracelet when they are done with their selections.

Below are links to the customization pages of a couple of fashion jewelry websites. If you could send instructions on how to build something similar to either one of these pages, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The first link uses javascript and would require a high skill level. We did something similar for a jewellery company a few years back and it was about a week's work by somebody with high levels of skill in Zen Cart and javascript, so way beyond the scope of a forum post.

The approach used for the other links could be achieved fairly easily by using Zen Cart's attributes feature. You'll find helpful information about them in the Tutorial/FAQs section of this site.
