Yes. The download contains the extra sql necessary for 1.5.

thanks for the reply, rather than the script not merging or overlapping each other i kind of meant the function, as in with IH one image is uploaded for each product (the largest) and is resized as necessary thus making this script think there only large images but missing small and medium.... anyway i installed just to check and i was right its flagging every image as missing small and medium - which would make sense in the way that IH handles them, so its working great but its not what i need :) (unless im being a wally)

I don't get that. I use IH3 with one image size per product.
But..I have a great deal of (not-yet enabled) products that have an image path defined (as the product info was imported with paths) but no image exists, and it only reports the product once.

The enabled products that have one image size defined don't come up in my list.
