    Default 10413 errors and paypal direct payment alert, on v1.3.8

    Version: v1.3.9h
    Recent changes: redid zone definitions, tax classes & rates
    : shipping, took out zone rates
    Payment methods: paypal express checkout and website payments pro

    Worked on this clients site and when I tested did not get the 10413 error.

    Now suddenly the clients visitors are getting all of these errors when placing orders:

    1. paypal express checkout error (10413)
    2. Paypal direct payment error
    3. visa card payment errors

    Where can I send log files to check? Is this a paypal error or zencart error, not sure why it was working and now suddenly not.

    PM me with a link to download a zip of your PayPal log files.

    The PM you already sent contains the details of a successful transaction, not a failed transaction.

    Apologies for the delay in replying; I somehow lost track of this post.

    The logs you sent show she's using v1.3.8a
    There were tons of fixes in 1.3.9 to deal with these problems.

    I have followed your advise and upgraded to version 1.3.9. I have followed the instructions to upgrade to the T and now have other errors that I am not sure of.

    This is the front end of the upgraded shop

    If you go to the login page and try to Create a new account, as soon as you click submit a blank page comes up?

    If you try and login as an existing customer, it gives you an error {There was a security error when trying to login.}

    now I have no idea what I have done incorrectly

    Look in the directory:
    /cache

    and see what debug logs are in there ...

    What error message do you find?

    I fixed that error in the file that the cache showed so no longer have a blank page.

    However I now still have this error when trying to login as an existing customer

    There was a security error when trying to login.

    I checked in zenadmin and the database and the values are there - just seems like the front end login page is not picking it up?

    I cannot test it as your site is down for maintenance ... what is the exact error you are getting now, and if you refresh your /cache are there any new debug logs in there?

    I am able to login to your site when I create an account then sign out and cannot login ...

    What errors are showing in your:
    /cache

    when you try to login?
