I'm using zencart v. 1.3.9

I'm trying to set up a simple shipping rate.

0-15$ shipping is $4.95
15.01-29.99 shipping $6.95
over $30 shipping is free.

But I'm getting this error when I try to check out=
Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time

I have read all the FAQ's including the one about the error.

I still can not figure out what is wrong.
I've tried many different options in the ADMIN/modules/shipping.


All shipping modules are installed.

I have "free shipping options" free shipper configured - true and Free Shipping when Total <= 30

I also have Table Rate true and Shipping Table
$15:$4.95,$29.99:$6.95


Any help would be appreciated.

If you want Free Shipping Options for orders over $30.00 ... why do you have it set for less than or equal to 30.00 ...

Do you have Zones set on the Free Shipping Options freeoptions shipping module?

The Free Shipping Options freeoptions shipping module shipping zone is set to none.

Go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and click once on Free Shipping Options freeoptions ... and copy the right panel and post it here ...

Sorry I had it that way before.
I have tried it with 0 and with them blank.
Part of me trying to figure it out.

But I did blank them and try it again. I still get the same error.

If the only field with a value is the:
Total >= 30

Then is should be working for you ...

Do you have a green dot on the Free Shipping Options freeoptions shipping module?
