I currently use godaddy shopping cart for my store. I am hoping to go live with my zencart site soon and wanted to export my member info from godaddy cart to zen cart.
Anyone know if this is possible?

It's the same principle as exporting any other cart's data to Zen Cart. Most of the discussion in the forum is about products, for which you can use easy populate, and a spreadsheet to massage the data into the correct form for Zen Cart. The same kind of process should work for customers, though importing it into Zen Cart will need to follow a procedure given by someone who knows the ZC db inside out. There may be gotchas regarding passwords or other fields which Zen Cart may need but Godaddy doesn't have (or are unusable in ZC).
I just got off the phone with godaddy and they said this is not possible.
You can do it with product but not members.
Do I spend days transferring over the info manually or just make my members re signup. Decisions
You wouldn't be able to transfer customer accounts and have them work right off - they would need to recreate passwords. If they don't have e-mail accounts associated, they couldn't be imported.
If there's no way to export the data from your old system, then you'll have to either manually re-key the information yourself, or simply allow customers to signup themselves.
And, even if you could partially import customer records, they'd still need to use the forgotten-password feature to establish a new password for themselves. It's unfortunate, but I would anticipate that it's likely best to let them re-register when it comes time to place a new order.

There is now a solution to allow you to export your products from GoDaddy / GoCentral. You can use this chrome extension (http://export-godaddy-products.com) which will allow you to get your products as a CSV. Then you can make changes to the CSV and then import into ZC. Voila!
Products have never been a problem. This thread was about transferring member data.
